The park is a perfect location for topography enthusiasts and for viewing Kenya’s animals and birds, lake Nakuru national park the home of whit and black rhinos, Rothschild giraffes and flamingos and also the famous Maasai Mara national reserve.
Kenyan Rift Valley Experience
The Rift Valley floor encompasses the archetypal east African safari panorama of acacia-dotted savannah, studded with jewel-like lakes that are sometimes rimmed with huge flocks of pink flamingos. Together, lakes Naivasha and Nakuru, form the UNESCO natural heritage site known as the Kenya Lake System in the Great Rift Valley.

For your ongoing photographic studies amidst Kenya’s bush country, we offer Independent Photographic Safaris after you complete at least one of our other image-creating safaris. These safaris give you exclusive access to an expert nature guide who has a passion for photography and a private safari vehicle. Independent Photographic Safaris are available throughout the year and may last seven to ten days. During that time frame, you may visit one or two parks during times of the year that highlight the best compositions and subjects.

The workshops last three to four days in one location, allowing you adequate time to master lighting, composition, subject selection and other elements. One of the greatest advantages of the workshops is that you spend time in the field and then return to camp for immediate critique and feedback from the instructors. You even gain recognition and support from your fellow photographers. Workshops are perfect for beginners and professionals who want to gain confidence and expand their portfolios.
